    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Refund in full will be granted for requests received by August 27, 2025. Requests for refunds after that date (August 27, 2025 to September 15, 2025) will be charged a 15% administration fee. No refund after September 15, 2025.

    The conference rate at The Atlas Hotel is: $159.95 plus applicable fees and taxes per night (2 queen beds/non smoking – based on maximum 2 people}. Additional costs if more than two people in a room.
